Fusion of vinyasa and yin yoga.  The first 30 minutes will be a fluid vinyasa flow (yang), which focuses on balance, strength, and endurance.  The remaining 30 minutes will incorporate meditative yin poses that are held for 3-5 minutes and works of the deep connective tissues in the body- a great source of flexibility!  All levels welcomed.  Please bring your own mat.
