The New York Baby Show, located each year on Pier 94 in NYC, is absolutely the best and biggest baby show around. This year, we were once again invited out by Momtrends to head to the show and check out the latest from both baby and toddler brands.
At the show, you’ll find venders from various brands and companies- all about helping you pick the best products for your lifestyle. I look forward to the event each year as representatives are always happy to show you what’s new and hot, as well as share advice and laughs!
This year I brought along my now 5 year old who is baby obsessed because we are buzzing the idea of a sibling in her ear. She’s eager to have a life size doll and share her 5 years wisdom on how to rule this Bronxmama house.
I immediately realized that although I keep up on all the new gear, it’s more and more exciting to see it all on one floor with the experts. The idea of jumping from 1 to 2 kids at times is very overwhelming, so I decided to focus my baby show browsing on practicality. Here’s a look at our top three picks and why!
Joovy is a long time player in the double stroller world- making strollers that keeps parent, tot and baby in mind. The ultralight caboose lets your toddler who is up and ready to view the world sit comfortably, stand tall in the back, or sit comfy when tired.
Fully reclined, baby is safe for all stages of growth and my favorite feature… collapses closed with no detaching! Available in fun bright colors so your stroller never blends in at the zoo.
Cataleya was thrilled to test drive the play version of the Joovy caboose on the stroller test track!
The Doona car seat stroller makes me think “It doesn’t get more practical than this!” The Doona car seat is a rear facing infant car seat with built in wheels. Weighing 16lbs, it comes in 7 stylish colors and will fit your infant until 35lbs/ 32ins. No attaching to a stroller base- making running from the car to store quick, easy, and less stressful!
This vest is a life savor for parents running around the city and jumping in and out of taxis. The 3-point harness travel vest puts your fear at ease. Portable in any medium size bag, it’s perfect for both taxis and traveling!
Thank you again to MomTrends for inviting me to review the NY Baby Show and for hosting a fabulous blogger lounge!
