Sunday, April 13

Easter Egg Hunt at Bartow Pell Mansion Museum
1:30–4 p.m.
This is one day when it’s okay to put all your eggs in one basket! Children 2–12 hunt for eggs, tap their talent at arts and crafts tables, and have a photo taken with the Easter Bunny. Light refreshments offered. Please bring your own basket.
Registration requested. Cost $12 children 2–12; member children $10. Rain date Saturday, April 19, 10:30 a.m.–1 p.m.

Culinary Kids Food Festival at the New York Botanical Garden

Ruth Rea Howell Family Garden staff and the culinary team, Growing Chefs, will be on hand offering cooking demonstrations, recipes, and hands-on activities, with plenty of music and tastings to add to the fun. Bring your Festival passport along as you tinker with the science of kitchen chemistry and get to the root of foods from pickles to cheese at a variety of activity stations. The daily 1 p.m. cooking demonstration will feature kid-friendly recipes and tasty samples, while local chefs will share tips and recipes.

Seasonal Crafts at Poe Park Visitor Center

Make seasonal and holiday arts & crafts items to take home.

Peeps® Brand Presents: Dinosaur Eggstravaganza! at the Bronx Zoo Come celebrate the Easter holiday in dino-mite fashion! Receive a scavenger hunt sheet at the  gate and search for graphic dinosaur “eggs” within certain exhibits based on the clues provided. Easter Brunch at Wave Hill

11 AM

Seatings will be offered at 11:00 and 11:30AM.  Wave Hill’s Welcome Spring Brunch is $45 per person excluding tax and gratuity—and Wave Hill Members enjoy a 10% discount.
