How are you doing on your New Year Resolutions? Was one of them to eat healthier or lose weight? It’s only a month in, and I know how hard it can be to make the right choices when it comes to food. And sometimes we have to grab something when we’re out, especially breakfast items for those mornings we roll out of the bed late. So, I’m happy to hear that Dunkins Donuts has added a new Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich to its DDSMART® menu. They have given me the opportunity to try it, and I want someone to try it with me!

  1. Hi! When I eat at a restaurant I try to not clear the plate! They say to only eat half of what you get, so I try to stick to that.


  2. Having egg whites, asking for wheat bread etc. are good ways to safe calories while eating out


  3. By eating a salad first and a full glass of water . They said it makes you full if you drink it at least 30 min before meals 😉


  4. I always ask for water with my meal and usually eat something with chicken

  5. I drink water and then get salad with no dressing. Usually the meat on there makes it taste yummy regardless

  12. I try to order things low in salt, have green veggies in them, not fried all the time, with low in carbohydrates. If you eat cooked food at home, you can control your diet more.
