City Parks Foundation (CPF) is encouraging all Bronx youngsters, ages eight to 13, to sign up for CPF’s Get Up & Go! program that runs Saturdays from May 19th through June 30 at Soundview Park in the Bronx. Get Up & Go! is a unique, park-based program for New York City children that combines individual and team activities to help build strength and agility, combat obesity and reinforce healthy, life-long attitudes toward fitness. The Saturday program will feature activities such as tug of war, timed obstacles, climbing games, and much more. Participants must commit to attending on a regular basis.

TIME: 12:30 – 1:30 PM
PLACE: Soundview Park: Boynton Ave. & Lafayette Ave. Adjacent to the field house.
